Benefits Administrative Assistant

Our clients work in a variety of industries including Information Technology, Renewable Energy, Oil and Gas Service, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Finance, Not-for-Profit etc.

Description
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the administration and education of ongoing group benefit and retirement savings initiatives
- Enrolment of employees in various group benefit and retirement savings programs
- Ensuring employee/employer contributions and remittances are processed accurately
- Administration and reconciliation of monthly audit, invoicing and reporting requirements
- Administration and application of premium deductions and taxable benefits
- Provide administrative support to the Benefits team
- Experience with GroupNet, or another online benefits program is an asset
Required Skills

We are looking for candidates that have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration and customer service. Experience with group insurance carriers, processes and systems is a benefit. Completion of a secondary education in Business Administration (or equivalent) from a recognized college or equivalent experience is preferred. Bilingual French/English language is an asset.
