Brand Ambassador – Bilingual
Our client is seeking a customer-focused Brand Ambassador to deliver a world-class experience across multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on human connection, problem-solving, and creating meaningful customer interactions.
Description
As a Brand Ambassador, you will support customer needs end-to-end and ensure every interaction reinforces brand loyalty. This is a unique, remote based opportunity to join a growing, innovative customer experience program launching in Canada.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, with additional support across chat, email, and social media
- Provide accurate information on products, services, orders, and policies
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate more complex concerns when needed
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution
- Deliver personalized, high-quality service aligned with brand standards
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics (CSAT, quality, productivity, etc.)
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, tools, and processes
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment
Required Skills
What You Bring
- Bilingual fluency in English and French (required)
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
- Professional and friendly phone presence
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Teams)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM with accuracy
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms
- Previous remote work experience
