Through partnerships with governments, industry, and community organizations, they design and deliver impactful programs that help individuals overcome barriers and achieve long-term workforce participation.
They are seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to support the delivery of integrated employment services by ensuring clients receive a welcoming, responsive, and seamless experience from first contact through service engagement.

Description
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients by responding to enquiries and providing information about available services
- Support client intake, onboarding, appointment scheduling, and service navigation
- Deliver a positive client experience through professional communication and ongoing engagement
- Coordinate referrals to internal teams and external community supports
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and system updates
- Monitor appointments, follow up on missed visits, and support efficient service flow
- Contribute to continuous improvement by gathering feedback and identifying service enhancements
Required Skills

- Experience in customer service, administration, or client-facing roles
- Familiarity with employment services systems or assessment tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse client groups
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using databases and computer systems
- Collaborative team player with a client-centered approach
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
- Post-secondary education or bachelor’s degree
This is a 10 month contract position with a strong possibility of moving to a permanent, full time after that time. Positions are available in both St. Catharines and Welland.
