Role Overview

The Country Manager will drive the company’s growth strategy in Canada by expanding market presence, strengthening partner ecosystems, and consistently achieving revenue targets. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage a sales pipeline, execute go-to-market initiatives, and foster meaningful relationships with channel partners and key industry stakeholders. The successful candidate will also represent the organization at field-marketing events and industry functions across the region.

Because the organization operates under a 100% channel-driven model, strong channel sales experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the company’s growth strategy in Canada, ensuring consistent performance against sales and revenue objectives.
  • Build, manage, and forecast a strong sales pipeline across targeted markets.
  • Recruit, develop, and maintain high-value relationships with channel partners, MSPs, distributors, and resellers.
  • Drive partner enablement initiatives, including training, joint selling, and co-marketing activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and field-marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and market awareness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to execute regional go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders and executive stakeholders regarding business challenges, opportunities, and performance metrics.

Required Skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience, ideally within IT infrastructure, cloud, or related technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process and proven experience in channel-driven sales environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and executive-level communication capability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, partners, and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Personal qualities: integrity, self-motivation, creativity, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
