Senior Sales Executive

PEO Canada is partnering with our client, an industry-leading, globally recognized technology consulting firm, in finding a Senior Sales Executive to join their team in Toronto.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Be the face of our company, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure they love working with us.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while always on the lookout for new clients to bring on board.
  • Work closely with marketing, practice and delivery teams to enhance customer engagement and support sales initiatives.
  • Focus on partnership development and relationship building with large system integrators (SI’s) and smaller boutique organizations.
  • Consistently exceed sales quotas while building a high-quality pipeline and closing complex, consultative deals.
  • Engage in regular travel/onsite visits to meet with clients and attend key industry events as part of business development and relationship management.

Required Skills

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience working selling into large enterprise clients in the banking, insurance, and telecom space, where they’ve successfully navigated the IT org to grow and forge new relationships with senior technology executives.
  • Proven experience in IT Professional Services sales (consulting, managed services etc.), with a focus on new business development.
  • Experience with IBM Mainframe and Mainframe security services is a significant asset.
  • Strong account management skills.
  • Previously worked with organizations like RBC, TD, Bank of Nova Scotia, CIBC, BMO, Manulife, Canada Life/Great West Life, Sun Life, OTPP, Desjardins, Rogers, Bell, Telus would be considered an asset.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Passionate about building networks and driving opportunities to close.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
