Office Administrator
PEO Canada is partnering with its client, a Calgary based energy company, in hiring an Office Administrator to join their team in the downtown core.
Description
Duties Include, but are not limited to:
- Support technical teams (Engineering, Geology, Operations, Production and Land) with Data analysis and interpretation Preparation of spreadsheets.
- Other technical opportunities will be governed by candidate aptitude, engagement and capabilities Manage the reception area and office coordination, greet visitors and handle incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including courier packages.
- Coordinate office supplies, kitchen orders and other deliveries
- Serve as the primary contact for building services, office functions and IT issues.
- Other projects as assigned.
Required Skills
- The ideal candidate will be a reliable, hardworking individual who can perform both routine and non-routine tasks with minimal supervision.
- Previous Oil and Gas experience is preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel knowledge.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, time management, and analytical skills.
